    What is Epoch/Paycom's problem??!!!

    WTF?!!

I just called in to Paycom, asked for Moises, our tech rep that said he was helping to get our membership upgrade page up and functional.

I said I would wait on hold for him to the receptionist, who said he was on the other line. Then he got back on 5 minutes later and informed me that he was no longer in the office. So I asked for Manish, Moises' supervisor to my understanding, was placed on hold again. Turns out that Manish was also out of the office.

So I was placed on hols again waiting for Jeff Southworth, and after another few minutes was tolf that he too is out of the office.

First question: Why is everyone out of the friggin office?

Then I finally get Sean. Sean tells me that he knows they are in the office.

Gotta go Moises just called. Go figure. There is a serious lack of coordination or organization.

my huge gripe is the whole communication by email, things get done faster on the phone. On that note, anyone that need to reach me 858-587-9000 (102)

Same here with the login problem... I contacted them last week and they told me their programmer is working on it and they are aware of the problem.

The problem with 3rd party billing right now is lack of competition. Epoch/CCbill have a monopoly on 3rd party billing right now. Lack of competition does not keep people on their toes. It is just human nature.

                  iBanker,

Out of the office doesn't mean out of the building but probably away from their desk.

Sorry you had a hard time getting through to someone, but people have issues and multiple tasks. Calling doesn't help if the person you are trying to reach is out sick, in the restroom, on assignment, on vacation, or predisposed.

The only email you need to use is [email protected]. That goes to a pool of people who can respond to you within a matter of minutes 24 hours a day. If anyone at that address can not answer your question they can direct the question to the proper associate for you. This should save you some time and aggravation.

Be sure when writing to support that you include your company code or Master Code.

Or - if it is truly an emergency situation, use Epoch's "Call Me Now" feature by going to http://www.epochsystems.com/support/callme.html any time. It works!

                    .
So what you are saying is that I have to go on a rant on the boards to get an answer? This is how I get contacted? I still don't understand why I have to be lied to by some receptionist in your office telling me they are "out" for the day. If I'm not here, my secretary will tell you that. Don't think I'm taking popshots at paycom just to take popshots at them. This was validated. I needed some answers, again, had to go the very LONG way to get them, but I got them.

I find it sad that I have to "hit the boards" to get something accomplished that originally was quoted "by the end of tommorrow" and its 21 days now.

Whatever, I have checks go over for affiliates. Enough of my time was wasted today.

You don't have to "hit the boards" for anything.

I happened to be here and trie to offer you some good advice.

Use the [email protected] email address or the "Call Me Now" feature.

I don't know what conversations you had with anyone so I'm not trying to defend anything or acuse anyone of anything. I offered you help.

Geez! What a thankless job sometimes.
