Sextracker question

I started tracking my webpage www.africanvagina.com

I have 2 pages: www.africanvagina.com and www.africanvagina.com/main.shtml

both the exact same content.

I signed up to sextracker using the "site" option for tracking multiple pages, yet I want to be included in the "page" section of the counting.

Will using a single page counter on both my pages result in improper couting???
