stay well clear of uptowncash and clubtgp free hosting!

I have had my first bad experience as an adult webmaster, i had recently been using the free host clubtgp and i also joined their sponsor program uptowncash.
Today i checked some gallerys that i had uploaded to clubtgp and they have all been redirected to one of the uptown cash join pages without any of my link codes.
I spent 3 days submitting around 400 pages to this host and now i find they have all been re-routed.

Did you not try mailing them 1st ? Free hosts can have technical problems. Warning them about your posting at boards might have got your pages restored.

susan i did but they say that there bandwidth bill is $1200 a week and they had no choice.

Well if that's the case, the damage done by posting here is more than valid. I just wanted to point out that it always pays to make 100% sure before posting at boards.

When I saw this new free hosting company, I was really excited. I guess some things are just too good to be true.

something simailar happened to me with a host i won't name...they just mailed me to tell that my site was suspended and redirected traffic to a sponsor i won't name also....then i mailed them saying that if my pages are being redirected it would make them blackliste at major tgps so everybody will move out from them and they will bite the dust...i also mentioned that traffic theft was against the TOS of the sponsor they were redirecting the traffic to... they never answered my mail but my pages were back up in a few hours..

I'm very lucky because i signed up twice with tgpclub,but never received my password through mail. Redirecting all traffic to sponsors is like shooting on head the submitter...

Hmm....sounds like ban to me. I better check my tgp links and find all the ones on that host. I hope there not redirecting...that would suck.
