I red some documents from my college course in xhtml and it says that IE doesn't.. however I don't know how fucking old the documents are.. and I can't believe it wouldn't support it, according to the docs mozilla does support but ie doesn't.

can anyone verify which is true?
      ..and I'm off.

Hmm.. I'm starting to think IE really doesn't support it:

          http://www.porngreen.com/shit/test.xhtml
          http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ww...t%2Ftest.xhtml

Firefox shows it correctly, it's correct according to w3c.. yet IE asks if I want to download the page.
          GO MICROSOFT GO GO!
          ..and I'm off.

The problem with MIME types for Web pages is that most of today?s browsers do not support application/xhtml+xml. Among these ?old-fashioned? browsers is the popular Internet Explorer 6.0 for Windows.
