Bad support @ PayPal?

I sent a question to their support via web form about two weeks ago ... sent a reminder on Monday but still no reply.

Is it true: PayPal's support worse than iBill's ???

while ibill sucks at support, paypal is worse..
paypal will freeze your account sometimes for no good reason, no return inquiries and be all slow when refunding.. i wonder where that $1.5 billion went

wait till they put the screws to their association with all adult sites possibly as a result of the eBay purchase. Then you will truely see worse customer service!

i don't understand. ebay has a mature section. ya have to join to get to it but doesn't this mean that ebay does deal in adult?

speculation only on my part. However, didn't they just get out of gambling and I am just worried that eBay will kill all assocaition with porn if there is a bad PR story like a lawsuit as a result of someone buying CP with their PayPal acc't...
