    There is a weird communication problem with programmers from India

    They speak the same language but somehow do not seem to understand. I will tell them things, they will act like they understand, but they clearly do not.

    Now here's the kicker.... a totally fluent guy worked with me here in the US for 5 years, then moved back to India. Now he is having the same communication problems!!!!! I have to restate my point by email 15 different ways before he understands what I mean.... after I totally spell it out in explicit detail. WHAT THE FUCK

      Hate to bump this 3rd page thread, but this could turn out to be an interesting case study. Or I guess you could drop me an email and spend $65 an hour. =) Just had to do a bit of spamming.

          funny how all the grunt work goes to the phillipines and all the programming work goes to russia and india.
