Problem converting

Hi,

I've got a website with around 1500 uniques per day. Only one banner on top of site which get's clicked on 50 times per day. I have tried several sponsors but not one sale. 30x50 clicks lead to 1500 ppl entering the sponsors tour per month.
Any suggestion on how to improve this??

1500 clicks is not enough to get a good idea about the sponsor.... stick with it for a while and if you want to change see sig =)

build 10 sites with each 1,5k / day and you'll have 500 clicks/day
0:1500 is normal

Stick to one sponsor and you'll have signups someday...

Try Uni-Cash.com - I promote one teen site and couple of mature ones - it doesn't get lower than 1:700 for me from FHG traffic. I heard that it works good on tgp traffic also...

Try a new sponsor out each week.

maybe try PPS on 2.95 trials. That will help im sure.

Seems other weird things are happening. I promote live cams only. Ok what happened. First sponsor with $100 minimum payout gave me 3-7 free signups per 50 clicks to there site. After only 3 days I got $60 on sales but the 2 weeks after that no more sale. So I thought let me be smart. I switched to another livecam sponsor which pays per free signup. Suddenly I have only 2 free signups per 150 clicks. Both sponsors have similar banners and the way they operate is the same also. Makes you really wonder what's going on.

I would use text in addition and SELL the sites...a simple banner is not strong enough to make sales like it used to be.

Surfers seem to find me more and more. Started out with nothing 6 weeks ago and growing daily. In my case an average of 1500 uniques per day is ok for one site. I will built more similar sites soon. Building one right now

I do agree that 1500 hits is not enough to decide if a sponsor is going to convert. plus this month is usually bad after the holiday credit card shock.
