Hi!
As I don't have A credit Card I want to let my sponsor pay out on my paypal account. But I can't get verified because I don't have a cc. How much money can I recieve and sent with an unverified paypal account?

This is correct. How are they going to transfer the money by snail mail?

and i believe you only need a cc for a business account and not if it is just a personal account.

What is the maximum amount I can send with my PayPal account?

For security reasons, you will not be able to use your PayPal account to send money until you have added a credit card. Once you have added a credit card to your PayPal account, your Sending Limit will be increased to $2,000. This limit applies to all payments regardless of how the payment is funded or to whom the payment is sent. There is no limit to the amount of money you may receive with PayPal. However, if you have a Personal account, you may not receive any payments funded with a credit card.

And dialers have a wonderful reputation, right?

PayPal RULES. The only people that PayPal fucks with are those who are doing something that looks suspicious. I have been using them for a couple of years and have never had a single problem...of course, I have nothing to hide either.
