    CA LLC question.

    Ok, I know this is the totally wrong place to ask this.. but since I know you guys answer quickly....

    If an LLC has been incorporated, but never sold anything (done no business). Does it still have to pay the $800 Franchise tax?

    Anyone?

    I assume that by 'CA' you mean California, not Canada?

        Yep. Had to pay it in back taxes for the first few years when I didn't run anything through the corp.
