is there any way to see ALL backlinks to a site? (google,yahoo,altavista are showing only the first 1000 backlinks)

Not easily. Best way I got around this was to copy and paste the entire english dictionary and run a script to harvest every permutation possible to fetch additional results. On one particular site, I was able to get about 200,000 links instead of the standard 1000 that Google returns.

We do our own spidering to map out all the first level links to a domain (ie. affiliates), and also show the 2nd level of traffic (ie. where your affiliates get their traffic from).
We have a quick look up tool to show how many links we have per domain (it's outdated by 20M+ links already.. with update stats being worked on now).
