anyone install openssl on apache - need help - will pay

I am trying to install openSSL (32) on apache 32

Has anyone done this before?
I am willing to pay if someone will do it for me and help me generate the security keys.

I tried using apachefriends but it is missing files keeps giving me missing crypto messages.
