Image Optimization Programs. What do you use?

Before I start googling. I am looking for a simple image optimization program that would allow me to load a batch of images and reduce the file size as much as possible without distorting the image (for faster load times on web pages).

Does anyone use programs like this? If so what is the program?

xnview its free and works well for batch renaming, batch converting, batch resizing etc...lots of features. very nice

I use my designer. She optimizes images manually, works great.
I can cut you a deal for a pack of pics if you want.

I usually set up a action in Photoshop , but sometimes a few pics arent juicy and shit.
