Need Help with an Interview Question!

Anyone here can give me a good answer to this question

    "What are your salary requirements?"

I have no clue how to answer this question during a job interview properly. I thought about answering "I'm interested in gaining experience right now" but that makes it seem like I'll take whatever they can pay me.

Anyone here have a perfect answer to this question, those of you especially who are bosses would appreciate some input, thanks guys

              Respond with

"What's the range for this position?"
              or
"I'd like to put salary aside for the time being, and concentrate on the requirements of the job and how I can make a substantial contribute first..."
              or
"I'm sure you've set a fair salary for this position, and therefore whatever you've set will work for both of us."
              or
Always try to get the going rate for such a position from your network or from a salary comparison survey. Then you can say, "The range for this, according to the XYZ Guide, is from $--------- to $--------. Is that what we're talking about?"

Do you know what the average salary is for the position you are applying for in your area?

a quick google search could probably tell you..
i remember i did that to find out if i was paying my admin decent for where he lived (i wasn't and gave him a raise)
