The way we have read the definition is if you can successfully remove yourself then reporting it won't get anything done. Alot of the spam email addies or unsub pages are fakes, so if you try it and the thing doesn't get you off, then try reporting them. No clue if it really works to report anyone.
Has anyone else ever gotten a report to work?! We usually just add them to the filter out list in the email programs.
