Of course it is possible to spam not only opt-ins

you will be able to randomise every field of the letter headers and body - build your own large amount of headers, use external wordlists (or mix them with randoms - this will help to avoid even grammar analisys), GIF morphing and file attachments, URL randomisations (will sell bulletproof hosts) and whatsoever.

Speed of the system depends on the amount of sending-socks, they are freely selling for a price 45-50$ per 1K of socks

4K of working socks allows to mail around 1 mils a hour. Its pretty slow, but very effective
not less then 50% of sended letter will drop into inbox

I can make you the simple proxies or make my systems "sending proxies" (bots with internal smtp, with randomisation support and so on).

Socks download cost 45-50$ per 1k downloads for me, and 1k of download brings not less then 400 socks online.
