CJ Script feature

Anyone know of a script (preferably one that has no cost except say 1% of traffic) that has the following feature:

ClickZs can also do "sub-url trading" which means geocities.com/site1 can trade with geocities.com/site1 without any problems or need for long tracking urls.

ClickZs can only be run from the developers server, can't get the code to run it on your own server.

whats wrong with running it from the clickzs "developer" server?
What is wrong with yahoo mail or mail.com for example?
would you rather buy hotmail.com source code and run it from your server
