Image Archiving Script?

Does anyone know of any image archiving script? I am having a pic change 3 times a day. The only thing is the pics will allways has the same name. So you can go to http://mysite/image1.jpg and you can see a different image 3 times a day. I need a script that will scan the image and archive it on another page and rename it.

Any idea?
