    PayCom Questions ?

Hey can somone give me some quick information on how paycom's credit card and check proccessing work..as far as sales/revokes/refunds compared to alternate billing companies? Also how often do they pay ..how long untill your first sale/re-bill until you will see some $$$$ from them?...any rumours of troubles on the horizon for them?..what was the deal when they fell behind with payments?..do you use as primary secondary or alternate?...Thanks

I can tell you a little about them, I recently switched after the iBill fiasco and have been pretty damn happy. IMO scrubbing is a little tighter with paycom than with iBill, but it doesn't seem to be excessive. They pay webmasters weekly, I get a check in the mail every Tuesday (checks go out on Friday). I believe it was 3 weeks before the first one arrvied but may have been 4. I've yet to have a refund or revoke, which was a weekly ritual with iBills system. I use them as my primary, sill have to have iBill listed or they'll hold my money if they ever release it, 95% of our sales go through paycom, still about 5% use iBill, not sure if this is because it's a name people are more familiar with, or if it's due to the scrubbing.
Rumors from paycom are all positive, they're now moving forward to process for EU webmasters and I think they're a safe company to work with. I don't know what the problem was they had before, but my understanding is everybody eventually got paid. One thing I'm not sure about is reserves, When I get paid weekly it is total revenue minus 3% for their fee and nothing else is held. I don't think this is normal practice, but it's how my account got set up. The young lady I work with there is Amparo and she has been fantastic. Hope this info helps.
