Need help!

I am trying to cut off the background of a picture and keep only the girl....but can't seem to be able to do it right.
Is there anybody that could help?
Just tell me how to do it the simple way with Photoshop.
Or maybe someone has a couple spare minutes and could make it for me?

Open your picture.
Select the Poly Lasso Tool (2nd icon left side of tool bar 2nd one in the list)

Zoom in to about 400-800 on the picture and take the lasso tool and slowly in small steps go around the girl. Once you complete the loop goto your layers and make a new layer under the girl and place a new BG color or graphic in. Or once you are done selecting her just copy and paist her into another graphic.

To clean up some of the errors from the old back ground just get a small eraser and clean her up.

That is one of 100000000 ways to do it.

You could erase the background by hand, magnet tool, as well.
