You can wait longer then that... The best thing is to mail them and explain everything and what you like to be done blah blah blah.. Sometimes they dont even answer you and you fix the shit you like...

Shit like that can get my temper way up!.. I moved all my domains from buydomains to joker just because of poor service

Joker NEVER responds quickly. It always takes very long.
They didn't have phone support either(still probably don't).

Stuid question but how exactly do you ban a domain registrar?

Oh and for the record, we have used joker as our domain registrar for over 8 years and have never had a problem with them
