Generally, yes. There's many, many red status indicators on ours these days though, so the usefulness of the product is degrated when this happens. They do weekly updates which is generally great, but a week+ without stats in your averages can suck sometimes. Some repairs have taken up to a few months to repair also. Overall though, it's worth the money.

Yeah, I'm pissed off also, it's scary not seeing my CCBill stats in my numbers, ha ha ha.

Overall, I think that Stats Remote is DEFINATELY worth it. Sure, times like this suck, but when it's working, it's a beautiful thing. I save LOTS of time not having to check all of my sponsors, plus to have them all totaled up and see what I made for the entire year is wonderful

Don't be too harsh. Sometimes sponsors change their stats reporting without notice, so Stats Remote has to race to get an update out asap. It's Xmas week and it looks like several big ones including ccbill changed some things regarding their reporting stats.

Used to be a great program, but success and money have made them lazy. Now they take 2-3 weeks for major updates of programs like CCBill. When a program like that is down, they should have a fix in under 24 hours when charging $30 a month for their software.

Its a joke these days waiting for updates.

If this was a flat rate program or even a cheaper per month program I could understand, but he is charging $30 a pop every month and they do very little for that money now. So I dont accept the xmas issue one bit in this case.
