Batch Graphics Compressor App

Anyone know of a compressor app that crunches jpegs in one folder and exports the crunched graphics to another folder? There are some crappy ones out there, I'd like one that preserves quality but reduces file size.

If you have Fireworks or Photoshop both of them do it well.

ACDSee does it pretty simple, but photoshop is great for preserving quality. As forexporting to another folder, just copy all the images to the second fodler in the first place and then compress them if the software doesnt export to another folder.
