Parcel services...
What is it with parcel services these days... it seems virtually impossible to get a package from the US to Belgium in a speedy, decent way.
-Packages get lost
(although you see them scanned in Belgium they tell you it never arrived here)
-Packages just don't get delivered
(With the tracking id I see that they were placed in a van this morning at 6h30. Was international express so it should be deliverd before noon. At 4:00... still no package so I give em a ring: "sir, that package is delayed because it was held by custom services longer than expected. We can probably deliver it tomorrow.")
-Packages are left infront of the door without me giving permission to do so.
(happened 3 times. 3th time I called to inquire where my package was (although I had it): "it was delivered and signed for by you". Never signed a thing.)
Everytime it's UPS or DHL thing get screwed up. Only service that never caused me any problems was FEDEX.
