    reducing chargebacks

I've noticed from a few sites I've joined that some billing processors make it a little difficult to cancel a membership. If you lose your membership number, sometimes you need that to cancel. From what I've seen its hard to find the area (if there is one) to get your membership ID sent to you. So you have to either call and get it from the customer service, which alot of people may not want to do because they dont want to talk to a live person about a porn site or do a chargeback. Could this be anything?
    what?!

I am not sure what your question was, however, it is important that customers can cancel subscriptions with ease. They should be able to cancel their subscript online by themselves or through the support system of the billing company.
