    used to just be for aol employees. i guess they are offering it to the masses now

        aol hasent outsourced to india yet. you still get a good ole fassion usa voice if you call em.

        dell on the other hand is a world of diff.

          Oh AOL has indeed outsourced to India. Over a year ago or sooner... there are US call centers still but chances are, you will get India most of the time. Especially late at night. I know someone who worked at a US call center and they forwarded annoying calls to India lol.

            i need someone who works at aol to do some work for me. think your friend might be into a side job? im sure ill pay more then what aol does.
