This reminds me of some moron a few years ago saying the same shit. That his 9 year old kid did it and that he was a congressman. I don't have the first email that was sent from him but I replied that it would be pursued if he tried to do a chargeback. Here was his response and then mine:

and then denying using it is credit card fraud. It appears that nothing
you say is true, therefore if you continue to make threats and false
claims about your role in this we will also continue to pursue things on
this end. So, what do you want to do?
