AVN will only list events that are part of the official show schedule on their website.
All the other events that arent listed, barring any ommisions from their staff, are not recognized by AVN and therefore not insured should anything happen to any of the attendees.

The Player's Ball, I'll grant you WON'T be listed, but I'm almost positive the XBiz awards WERE on that list last year.

ah ha. Though I would have figured that the playersball would be official. Perhaps there needs to be a list of the "unofficial" parties.

Players Ball is not a part of Internext this year.
We used to be every year since before AVN bought it.
But things happen and people go their separate ways.
The real question is, does a webmaster event NEED to be listed on their site to be a successfull event?
Looks like webmasters this year have faith in the webmaster community that we don't need to be listed.
The Players Ball & XBizAwards have enough people who know about these events and enough sponsors promoting them that if you're not aware of them already, you're probably a Newbie.
Best of luck to all parties this year, they'll all be great.
