ProFTPd + mod_autorun problem

i'm executing a handler on upload to check files and it works only as long as there's no DefaultRoot directive in proftpd (which is used to lock users in their homedir). Anyone knows a way around it? i think the problem is with permissions or something like that.

i doubt many people on here have used mod_autorun. have you looked on google?
