Need a VB or C++ Coder For A Quick Project

Need a customised mailer. It will be very basic with only a few different options. I don't want to buy some huge bulk emailer, and I know what I am doing so please no trolls or idiots.

Needs to be able to mail through proxies, and include a few very basic customised features for my purposes. Noone who I know that codes has time, so if you want to earn some quick money please hit me up. Want to get this done in the next few days or week.

My ICQ is 306 / 489 / 199. Please only hit me up if you are confident you can get the job done, and are able to start in the next day or two, or even better - tonight. As I said, it shouldn't be a hard project at all, as the unique functions I need are fairly basic.

Oh, and no I don't want your cracked copies of dark mailer.

The amount they charge per hour X the amount of hours it takes them to do it.
