Anyone have spyware that SPYBOT and ADAWARE both
can't remove?

paypopup.com is one of the fucking sites.

Also SPYKILLER itself seems to be spyware as everytime I boot
for 6 months now it asks me to buy spykiller but I have no
way of removing the goddamn offer.

No single or even group of spyware programs can 100% remove adware/spyware. People produce new exploits all the time.

Best bet is to download 3-5 different spyware programs and some auto protect programs. Then if you still have something on your computer, google it.. Some tech message board will tell how to remove it by hand.

if its the nasty bugger I am thinking based on what you are saying....try:

have to run it 2-4 times while in safemode and read the directions. (i.e. dont run IE after it without rebooting) also my success with webroot's spysweeper is pretty good as well.
