Problem with Real Player and .htaccess

I prefer encoding my movies in .rm

I figure there is lot less CODEC problems ith this player and I can get very good looking movies for not so large files.

    Problem is :

My movie are in my proteced area. When my surfers click on it, a box pops-up asking for their passcodes...

Once they enter it, they get another pop up box - coming from Real player - asking again for passcodes...

And when they re-enter their passcodes, Real player shows an error message and they can't play the movie !

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

    Thanks.

Most people won't be able to watch your movies anyway so why does it matter

Perhaps embed them on a webpage?

And include a link to this on the page:
      http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...lternative.htm
      .
