They were holding to my last few thousand dollars saying the bank had to clear it or something, these were from payments from Oct 2004, and were due to be paid to me this week.

Last week, the system had 250 Refunds , from people who had signed up in the middle of 2004 , putting my account at them owing me zero dollars.
