for you lamers that don't know how to stop icq spam
click the "Main" button, click "Security & Privacy Permissions", click "Messages", Check all boxes. This will prevent any and all messages through ICQ to come to you unless the sender is on your list. That could be a downfall at times, however based on the amount of assholes out there spamming ICQ, it's not a bad thing to do.
