I am not defending the mailers, because I hat the mail as much as the next guy. But I think that the government should be going after the people that are destroying PC's with spywear.

Then go after the mailers later. If they get rid of the spyware people, it will become harder and harder to mail. After all that is how they set up the proxy's.

It matters where you do it form not where the server is. Thats like saying I'll start kiddy porn websites and Im fine becasue the server is in zimbabwe. If you control the server your actions fall under the law of your country.

yep..that is why the top mailers are overseas or in a more mail friendly country. Affiliate programs are moving offshore as well...time to say goodbye to the us laws
