Why do I always do this?

I know I have to leave for the airport in about 9 hours....Yet...I have not even started to pack for my trip.

Now I'm tired and just want to relax and eventually pass out.

This means that I will need to get up at least an hour earlier in order to pack.

Now....At this point I would like to think that I am smart enough to walk away from this stupid computer and do something more productive than chopping up videos for affiliate usage and posting on GFY...But noooooooo!

I must like doing this to myself because I do it damn near every trip I take.

I've thought about why I do this kind of thing myself.. and I came to the conclusion that I don't like waiting.. so I do things at the very last minute so I won't be all ready to go and have to wait till it's time to leave.. sounds kind of stupid now that I've said it.. but that's the reason

I do this too. I usually have to do my laundry the night before as well and that means about 2 hours in wash/drying and then 1 hour of packing and then i'm always down to about 4-5 hours sleep. Every damn time too.

Last year....I did not even bother packing any clothes for Webmaster Access West. I packed the basics like toothbrush and so forth then flew to LA. Baddog picked me up and we headed straight downtown where I spent a shitload on clothes. If I recall correctly, it took 3 trips to and from the car to unload all of my shit.....And to think....I started with just my carry on.

I do the same thing when I am travelling go to bed way to late then get up way to late and forget half the stuff I need because I am in a hurry.

i usually stay up as well.. so that way i insure that I sleep most the flight.

i'd get it done tonight. many times i have said "i'll get up early and do it", but there is never enough time. you can always sleep on the plane.
