NYC colocation

I'm looking for cost-effective colocation services in NYC... I need to sign up and be active by the middle of december. I have two dual CPU 1U servers.

Please give me quotes with information and pricing on:

IP addresses
BGP Multihoming
Network Equipment (Cisco, Foundry, Extreme, whatever)
Bandwidth Usage Stats
Remote Reboot
Bandwidth

I'm gonna go long term with the best deal I find here on GFY so post your replies below.. If you charge more than $50/Mbit go fuck yourself ;-)

I will need to be able to get in there to replace any hardware should any of the components in the machines fail too.

This might seem like a wacky question; but why would anyone want to be hosted in or around NYC these days? I advise all of my clients to keep their servers in low-risk places. You must like jumping out of perfectly good airplanes, too, eh?
