Here is the mail I recieved.

Love your content and I hope we can start doing business with each other. I am in the need of a designer so that I can purchase more content and try you out. I have 2 designers that I pay $40 per site but would be willing to pay $50-60 for nice sites. Do you have anyone that I could e-mail. I've done some pretty extensive searches and can't find an affordable one. I do around 20 sites a month.

I have content providers that I pay $2 per 80 image set (exclusive) but would be willing to pay $2.50 - $3.00 for nice sets. Do you have anyone that I could e-mail. Some photographers might complain about having to buy equipment and stuff, but if you have REGISTERED software, building a site/banner or whatever, is NOT feasible for the amount of money ppl offer their services here sometimes.

50$ for a site, that is insane. Unless you're in Poland.

It all depends on what kind of site it is. It may just be making AVS sites from pre-ready templates or maybe just putting in different logos and girl images on the front page of AVS sites. I just hope its not paysite tours.

Problem is, many people dont understand US rates are not for everyone. There are many countries with an average monthly income of $100. Not that they're bad off, it's just that the cost prices of goods there are surprisingly low. So a person earning $100 from a webjob there can buy a lot more than the guys here can with their $1000 site designs. It's a win-win situation for everyone but the designers who lose out in the price war. And its not that quality suffers - a person from Estonia charging $100 for a site may be give a much better result than the $1000 designer from US or UK.

Since nearly all webmasters on this board live in 3rd world countries, and make less than 100$/month, your post hit the jackpot. Estonia isn't THAT cheap either (even though morons from finland come there to buy stuff)

My designer/programmer gets $3 an hour and thinks he's robbing me. Without him I would not of had a site, cos if I'd of had to pay what some of the US/UK designer charge the site would never of got off the ground. And a lot of people would not be enjoying my work.
