I know forums obviously have banner spots for companies.. Do they pay monthly advertising fee or how else would the forum charge them?

what u mean surfer forums? I actually make a forum for my city.. It the largest online community you know that kind of forum.. People can talk sports, general stuff, clubs and bars.. Find a date such shit like that.. I believe with in a year after getting the word out, flyers t shirts, stickers inside Taxis.. it should get big..
