ICQ History Reader?

Anyone have a copy of ICQ History Reader 1.8?

Hard to find, and the places to download it are 404ing on me.
So if anyone has a copy, please let me know.

Plenty. I have 500+ users in my contact list and when that local history file gets over 25megs (doesn't take long) the entire program starts to bog down, robbing my laptop of virtual memory etc..

Then you get runtime errors shutting ICQ down altogether. Forcing me to backup history and contact files, uninstalling ICQ, reinstalling it with zero history and the process starts all over.

So that leaves me with gigs of history files that I cannot browse.
An offline reader would come in handy.
