Problem With AP Stats

I tried to have my password emailed to me. I input my email address associated with my AP account then I click on "Email_Password" ... it then responds with "You password has been sent to your email account" ... but it doesnt send the password to my email address how would I be able to get my password for my account ?

I have emailed ram but he suggested the thing that I did and its not working ... is there ay other way I could retrieve my password for my account ?


One more problem is I have already forgotten if the account is in my wife's name or mine ...

This should be in the support forum, it seems that your email isn't working. Some email providers block Adult email addresses due to overzealous spam "protection", others such as AOL just have a random "Black Hole" where you cannot get email.

What is your email domain? And send me your account number from the email address on record and I can help you.
