There is such a thing. Sign on to Efnet for two seconds and you'll be bombarded with links to TGP's, or filled with affiliate codes. Where to get them though is a different story...no clue.

Spamming IRC is pretty pointless.. most people smart enough to use IRC..which isnt very user friendly.. are going to be smart enough to find free porn.

i can code you custom mirc bots to do anything you want.
10 years of irc experience, including TCL and mIRC scripting.
I've coded up my own spambots in the past and Ive admined on all the big servers so i know how everything works, right down to whats logged and whats not.
if you honestly need a custom bot that you cant find elsewhere (you'd want it customized to remove backdoors etc).. hit me up we can talk..

I used to own a few mIRC bots...... you need a 24 hour uptime linux shell to run most of them. Easy to install, easy to configure but i can't imagine getting sales thruw an mIRC bot. Do a search for eggdrop HOWTOS, most of them are free.
You'll need a shell account to run/host your bot, and while there are tons of companies that offer free ones, you'll need to pay for one. The free shells won't let you run your own bot so you'll have to throw down some money.
The IRC spam bots that are successful in channels are a two part program.
one bot idles in the channel, and when someone joins the channel it waits and messages another bot the nickname of the client that joined, that bot then messages the nickname that joined. (that way the bot isn't identified by it's nickname in a channel)
The way people normally identify that however, is the idle time of the bot being reset everytime someone joins.
