How many billing options do most programs offer?

I was performing my competition analysis report the other day and noticed that a LOT of sites only accept creditcard and e-check.

That made me think we offer a lot more:

Creditcard
E-Check
900 #
800 # (cc over phone)
mail order
fax order (cc via fax)

not to mention coming soon:

epassporte
euro billing
sms billing
direct debit


I dont see why more programs don't offer more payment types, the more options you offer usually means the more signups you can get
