eCommerceGlobal is having problems

It has come to my attention that eCommerceGlobal is having some sort of problem with their ability to process new signups due to a change at the bank that caused an issue with the gateway between the bank and ECG.

This issue will not be resolved until Monday or Tuesday. I suggest that if you have a backup processor, use it until further notice (at least).

Are you kidding? I think an email would be a much better solution.

I am only posting it here because of my investigation into this. THere are several things I am not comfortable with in regards to this situation.
