CCBILL Stats ?

Anyone else getting problems pulling up webmaster stats on CCbill admin ? We been selling all day and now showing all wrong figures. System is also slow as hell my end , getting time out errors all over the place -

Not sure about the stats. Been trying for several minutes to see them. CCbill admin page is very slow for me, a lot of the time.

Usually I have 20-30 sales by this time of the day. I have ZERO.
Something is wrong. Stats page comes up if you refresh it a few times.

i just spoke to client support and we have had a few people bring this up but we are stilling looking for valid examples; if you have any examples of issues, please send your account # and the details to [email protected] and cc [email protected] on it.

Corvet I have submitted both a bug report and an email to tech support - my sales today are showing at 13.00 usd net

I know this is wrong! as we have been getting our sales email recipts through.

And yes the ccbill system is working at a crawl -

Yeah, I dont know about stats acurracy because mine wont even load.

Lots and lots of ccbill problems lately.

Had a few private messages too with CCbill dramas and some pretty bad tracking errors. Its not looking good for ol ccbill

I haven't had a major problem with them for over 4 years. Problems do arise; this is a technical profession and situations like this happen.
Not only do they (ccbill) always hop right in with help and answers on this board, but they are the only real processor left. My suggestion to you is to hold your pessimism to yourself until they actually drop the ball.

Mine was slow and error ridden earlier but I've just checked and all the stats are back to normal now

Dude they already dropped the ball when they lost track of referrer ID's last week... they did get things back to normal for a while and my sales as an affiliate went back to normal as well - then they announced some kind of maintainence would be taking place yesterday, and though they would probably say it's nothing more than coincidence, I again had 0 sales from any ccbill programs.

I've never noticed any problems with them before however they are becoming anything but reliable this month.

CCbill are a great company but the admin has always been very slow compaired to Epoch ( paycom) ???
