I need help with a MYSQL problem

Can someone that knows how to troubleshoot a MySQL problem please icq me 5820180

My tgp script is not working correctly and something is wrong with mysql..in phpmyadmin one of the tables for the database says its "in use" and i get the following error when i try to rebuild my site.

fuzebox, thank you for the help! i would have never been able to fix it by myself and i didnt want to wait a couple hours for my hosts tech support to get my ticket.
