hey folks, we're very sorry for the interruption to your service. We experienced a upstream router problem that took a little time to get resolved. This is something that doesn't happen often(I can't remember the last time it is still a network and sometimes there's problems that have to be corrected. Our techs jumped on the issue and got it resolved as quick as we could.
