Need a web developer QUICK! (maybe PHP?)

I have a guy who needs a site where surfers can go to the site and list their house for sale, for free.

i guess a simple admin on backend?

i didnt talk about it too much but im assuming the free ad's will be sortable and searchable, and formatted nicely on the result pages.

please post contact info here. he doesnt have ICQ so an email address or preferably a phone number.

if possible leave a price range, that would really help.

or if you know of a premade script thats also fine, just say so and also state how much for you to install it

$500 and I'll have one of my developers do it in 2 days. He could use the extra cash :-)

www.e-classifieds.net you should check them out. their photo version is cheap and very easy to setup and install. as well as customize.

I had a realty site running with the program, but I had to switch servers so its not online at the moment, I have a few screenshots from when it was however if you'd like to see them. it has built in banner rotation as well. Around $100.00 and there are even hosted solutions as well.
