put your cpu in the tub and let it have a nice warm soak for about 25 minutes and it should be as good as new.

    Often times I wonder why
There's love and hate, theres live or die.
When sickness comes I must decide:
    When feelings go, theres suicide.

            says
            "C:\windows\system32\command.com
c:/windows\system32\autoexec.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Micrrosfot windows applications. Choose "Close to terminate the application"

Not! I format about twice a year and I DO NOT buy a new computer every time. I just got a new computer after I owned my last one for about 2.5 years.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

Seriously, keep track of your software. If you are using Windows, you have to have a key somewhere. If push comes to shove, get a key from a friend. Also, if you are using XP, you probably don't need more of your drivers because XP carries a shit load of drivers. If you don't have drivers for your stuff, and you do need them, download them off the internet and burn them onto CDs. Move all of your files onto another drive so you don't lose them and have to rip all of your music CDs again. Then format C:\, reload programs, files, drivers, music and enjoy your clean drive!
