Cheap dedicated servers?

I have a dedicated server over at server matrix right now with 1000gbs for $59/mth but the speeds suck. I keep getting rejected at the tgps and it just not worth it anymore.

Can anyone offer a replacement for a similar price?

It used to be ok but lately as soon as I get some traffic on the line it slows down and pages start missing images.

hmm, so after thinking it over I went and checked my apache settings and turned KeepAlive from off to On. seems to have improved things greatly.
