How much traffic does this save? And how badly do those countries convert?

Well, I assume most of those countries would not convert. North America, Europe, Australia&NZ, convert well.

But look at the list your sponsor won't pay you for! might as well save your traffic and block them!

yeah that one is pretty lame. hyper's approach is the best. if they don't convert, throw them somewhere and maybe earn one sale from their leeching asses!
